Our Recruitment Process
We’ve designed our recruitment process to ensure we find the right people while giving every applicant a fair opportunity to showcase their skills and experience.
1. Submit Your Application

2. Application Review
Our Recruitment Team will carefully review your application to assess your experience, qualifications and suitability for the role.
3. Further Information
If your application is successful, we'll contact you via email requesting any additional information or documentation required to continue your application.
4. In-Person Interview
You'll then be invited to attend an interview at our offices, where you'll have the opportunity to meet one of our Recruitment Team members, discuss your previous experience and demonstrate why you'd be a great addition to Lawmens Security.
5. Vetting & Pre-Employment Checks
Successful candidates will begin our vetting process, which includes:
- Right to Work checks
- Identity verification
- Qualification verification
- Completion of our onboarding forms
6. Company Induction
Once you've successfully completed vetting, you'll be invited to attend our mandatory in-person company induction. During the induction, we'll introduce you to Lawmens Security, covering:
- Company values
- Policies and procedures
- Expected standards of conduct
- Health & Safety
- Operational processes
- Uniform standards
- Customer expectations
7. Welcome to the Team
Following the successful completion of your induction, you'll officially join the Lawmens Security team and become eligible to work across our contracts and events.
